Ah It Happened To Me too :-)

                                                                             

Well its not fair If I keep posting funny and strange incidents of my partner ...when I too do stupid things ...me no angel must say :-)                                                                                            So here is one incident that happened to me years back . One usual day , my in laws had come to our house for stay .Mil was complaining about some pain on her legs and my hubbiee suggested that we  should take her to the nearest Ayurveda Doctor .There was one famous hospital near by 

                                        

He said that he will drop us there ,because it is usually very crowded and it takes time for our turn to come . As his office was near by , he asked me to give him a call when our turn to see the dr comes .                                                                                                                                                                                                             

He was asking me to hurry  as he was getting late for work and I finished all the chores and then ran towards the car ...ooops i forgot to take the mobile .... 

                                                                                                                       

I ran back, took the mobile  .....luckily the mobile was lying  there on the center table ...in a second I grabbed it and off back to the car .  

                                                                                    

We reached the hospital on time . I asked the reception the rough time of our appointment , informed it back to my hubby and we both ...me and mom took a seat and waited for the call .   

                                                                                   

(Oh yeah ,I forgot to mention one thing ,this happened when mobile phones were not so common in our country. We got it from my sister after her foreign visit )

                                                                                          

So here we were sitting waiting for our turn ,me with a mobile in my hand ,holding it proudly . We stayed in a village then ,so I could see people staring at me ...and I was feeling so proud of the mobile I was holding . I was pretending as if I was not noticing and was busy going through the pages of a magazine. 

                                                                                    

As time passed by , the nurse came near us and told that after another patient it will be our turn to see the Dr. So I stood up ,keeping the magazine aside ,took the phone and started to dial .    

                                                                                                                                           

And that is when I noticed what I have done and why people were staring at me ...Oh My Gosh !!!    

                                                                                                                    

In all the morning  hurry berry ....when I ran back home to take the mobile .....I had accidentally taken the TV remote with me instead of the mobile ...which was exactly similar to the mobiles of that times.   

                                                                                                  

Can you believe that ...all the time I was sitting there  proudly holding the mobile ....I was actually holding a TV remote in my hand ...and people must have been wondering why I am carrying one with me .

                                                                                             
                                                                    

Just imagine what I went through then ...I was shocked , feeling so silly ,stupid ..from the stars I fell down to the earth ...The thought of kids and hubby going to make fun of me made me even more vulnerable also the thought was making me laugh .

                                                                                                                                                                            

I  made a call to my hubby from the reception desk of the hospital .We saw the Dr . Meanwhile narrating the story to my hubby and mom we had the heartiest laughs.  

                       

and whenever I share this with my friends they would say.........                                                                                   

And lesson 1.Never show off ..be simple and if you have to show off then show off your smile:-)                                                                              
                                                                                                                                                                      

NOW WHERE DID IT GO ??

                                                                                       

Where did it go ??????????????   The  Question I am hearing for the past 25 years . 

Yes ..Mission'Help him find the lost things '.....well well dear friends I was not at all aware of this mission ...but then I automatically became a member of this mission and following my footsteps two tiny toddlers too joined me:-)

                                                                                   

Well when you are new into the institution of marriage , a man coming into your life , experiencing all the new excitements of that ....Yes you become all love struck .You start doing things to make him feel that you are the best thing that has ever happened in his life .....

                                                                                          

........and as the story unfolds here ..you are to come across some crazy happenings of my life ..My sweet hubby dear keep on forgetting when and where he has kept his things ..and I/ we used to patiently help him find the things ...

                                                                              

and this went on and on ....During one of our Sunday visits at his parents home ...myself and my mil were busy with our talks  , kids watching some program on TV and he was washing the car. He cleaned the car ,came inside, had a tea and then took a nap (one of his favorite tym pass I must say ...grrrrrr).

                                                                                                                  

It was then when kids demanded for some snacks and he got ready to go out ..wore a jeans and T shirt . and then as always always alwaysssssss  he couldn't find his car keys

                                                                                                         

 ...And the mission started ...Mission KEY ...All of us including my poor mother in law ..we started searching for the keys ...

                                                             

He was also dutifully with us in the mission....we  searched every nook and corner ...outside where the car was washed ...both inside and outside the house ....hours went by ....but the key was no where to be found..

                                                                                                          

Obviously the house was a total mess now 

           

...and we were loosing all interest and patience ..and we were all totally EXHAUSTED

even the hero who lost it was now just acting as if he was searching for the keys...So we thought of giving it a break ....the kids even lost the interest of the snacks :-(

                                                                                     

so we all went to our own world relaxing ...kids went to watch tv , mil with them , me reading a book , and hubby all getting ready for his next nap ....and then it happened ...any guess ????

                                                                                                  

As he removed his jeans ,we could hear the sound of the keys ...we all turned back ...any guessesss ??? 

                                                                                                                   

Ahaaaaaaa ....My hero like any other dutiful father was eager to fulfill the wishes of his kids and so he had put on the jeans on top of his shorts ... without wasting any time or was it  bcoz he was lazy ...hahahahaha :-)

We were  all in a shock !!! Oh my god ...all these time when we were searching for that stupid key ......it was right there with him ..inside his shorts .......We dint know what to say !!! 

                                                                                                                                   

There he was taking the key from the shorts and here we were yelling and screaming

                                                                                           

 ....and he was laughing ......and as the story continues ....he still keep on forgetting where he kept the things and keep searching for them

      

 .............and we slowly learned to adjust with it ...now we don't panic when he start searching for things ....instead we .........

            

                                                              

Oops ...that is what we wish to do .....but then how could we let him on the mission alone ,rt ??

So we do help him we join the mission as and when the situation comes and I tell you the situation come in almost every day ....hey I can say it has become a part of our routine .

Oh maybe my life would have been very boring without these adventures .......hmmmm...
